Our classes weave somatic (think restorative), power, prenatal, and postpartum yoga with breathwork, mindfulness, and intuitive movement to support every season of life—fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.

WHO THIS IS FOR:

PRENATAL YOGA

Prenatal Yoga is a wonderful way to ease into the rhythm of your changing body, prepare for birth, soothe your nervous system and connect with your baby. There are countless benefits to incorporating yoga into your routine during pregnancy, including preparing your body and mind for birth, easing physical discomforts, and connecting with other moms-to-be.

 

Each week you will learn and practice breathing, meditation and asana (poses) in preparation for birth and motherhood. This class is beneficial for all trimesters.

MOMMY & ME YOGA

This nurturing Mommy + Me Yoga class is designed for parents and their little ones to move, breathe, and connect together. This practice is gentle, flexible, and always responsive to the babies in the room—whether that means feeding, soothing, or snuggling along the way. You’ll stretch, release tension, and create more space in your body, mind, and nervous system, while also building community with other parents. Perfect for all levels, this class is best suited for babies who are not yet walking.

SOMATIC YOGA

Reconnect with your body through gentle, mindful movement and breathwork. This slow, therapeutic yoga practice releases tension, restores balance, and cultivates awareness from the inside out. Perfect for reducing stress, improving mobility, and supporting nervous system regulation. Somatic Yoga helps you move with ease and presence—both on and off the mat. Perfect beginners yoga class and easily adaptable for our prenatal and postpartum mamas.

POWER YOGA

Build strength using your own body weight and improve stamina, balance, flexibility and mobility all while learning to use your breath to ground and reduce stress.
